We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Duties

Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs
Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals
Educate clients on pain management strategies and recommend appropriate therapy plans based on physiology knowledge and medical terminology
Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment details and patient progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive wellness plans and ensure optimal patient care
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns, answering questions, and fostering a positive experience

Experience

Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing
Proven experience in providing various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management
Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable
Strong patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately and tailor treatments accordingly
Familiarity with occupational health practices and maintaining hygiene standards in a clinical environment
