    Description


    We are hiring a full-time IT Manager/Systems Administrator to support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, recommend new methods for using software and hardware that can increase the company's efficiency and fortify our network security.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with vendors and IT support teams to respond to hardware and software issues.
    Create and maintain our company's comprehensive IT policies.
    Ensure security and privacy of our computer systems.
    Maintain and safeguard user accounts on computer systems (network, email, phone, security, etc.).
    Maintain system patches and updates for optimal performance.
    Design and implement software training programs.
    Work with vendors to help resolve technical issues effectively.
    Keep meticulous documentation of IT processes.
    Manage camera surveillance and Cloud-Based phone systems.
    Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats and breaches.
    Oversee alarm and access systems.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Successful candidates will possess:
    Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
    Proficiency in current Microsoft applications and Active Directory.
    Experience with Cloud-Based phone systems.
    Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with excellent multitasking skills.
    Exceptional customer service and documentation skills.


    Requirements:
    Previous IT Support experience is mandatory.
    Certificate or Diploma from a Technical School desired.
    Experience managing IT budgets.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Server 2012/2019 and Windows OS.


    Successful candidates will be required to take an IT test to determine if their background experience fulfills the needs for this position.
