Responsibilities:

Under the direct direction of the Plant Manager, the
Cylinder Technician is responsible for tearing down all hydraulic jobs that come in for repair.

Cylinder Technician

Pay: $18-25 starting pay based on experience


Hours: 7am-330pm - Overtime as needed, average of 45 hours a week.


Job Description:


Assist in the repair of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder components from customers by tearing down and disassembling parts.


Job Responsibilities:

• Disassembles mechanical components in a timely manner
• Directs any questions regarding unit to assigned technician
• Paints and packages finished products, if needed
• Keeps teardown, prep and paint areas clean and organized
• Performs shop maintenance
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of education/experience in relative field
• Ability to use variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to use hydraulic press (preferred)
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. or more
