We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Truck Sales Professional to join our team at Dutch Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in South Charleston, West Virginia.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive base salary plus commission in the fast-paced and exciting auto industry.

As a Commercial Truck Sales Professional, you will be responsible for successfully selling commercial vehicles to commercial businesses and fleets in the local area.

• Monthly base salary of $2000 to $18000, paid semimonthly

• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the commercial truck inventory and its features
• Prospect and identify potential clients in the commercial and fleet industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, market conditions, and competition to effectively position our products and services in the market

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial truck sales
• Knowledge of commercial truck inventory, features, and specifications
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
