    Conductor Position

    We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused conductor to join our team. As a conductor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe movement of freight across our network.

    • Safety is our top priority, and we expect all employees to adhere to the highest standards of safety protocols and regulations.

    We provide comprehensive training for all new hires, including classroom instruction and hands-on experience. You will work closely with experienced trainers and mentors to ensure your success in this critical role.


    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They must be able to effectively communicate with team members using oral, written, hand signals, lantern signals or radio instructions.


    Responsibilities:

    1. Evaluate plans complete assigned work safely efficiently
    2. Climb equipment walk train yard support operations
