Job summary
The Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation serves as an advocate and catalyst within the University for expanding the range and impact of UO's research scholarship and creative endeavors. The OVPRI oversees sponsored programs research compliance technology transfer economic development industry engagement research-based ventures and research development administrative responsibility for numerous high-profile research centers institutes core facilities which provide opportunities faculty collaborate on efforts inherently interdisciplinary significant societal importance.Responsibilities
- Mentoring fellow faculty members regarding innovation entrepreneurship – including how navigate process within UO e.g working with IIT COC/COI balancing professorial duties innovation entrepreneurship duties.
