- Annual volume approximates 10,000 patient visits.
- The ED is staffed with one physician using 12 & 24-hour shifts (7am to 7pm).
- A 24-hour Hospitalist service is onsite for patients needing to be admitted or observed.
- Hospital employment or Independent Contractor to the hospital.
- Initial agreement 36-month term; will consider longer terms.
- A signing bonus, retention bonus, or combination of both is negotiable. Bonuses are aligned with a hospital goal. For example, a retention bonus must extend the commitment for at least two years past the initial term.
- The employment contract contains reasonable non-compete and confidentiality terms.
