    Who We Want

    Carson Group is seeking an experienced B2B marketing leader to direct marketing strategies and oversee implementation of marketing activity aimed at attracting new financial advisors to the firm.

    The position will report to Carson's Chief Marketing Officer with primary accountability for lead generation, scoring, and nurturing, and full-funnel pipeline measurement and reporting as part of our B2B sales process.

    This leader will partner closely with marketing shared services such as our digital and creative functions, as well as with corporate and data strategy and the sales organization to ensure continuous alignment and measurable results.

    What To Expect
    Develop a 12-month rolling B2B full-funnel marketing strategy
    Establish and deliver plans for growing top-of-funnel awareness and for amplifying Carson's evolving brand messaging
    Build and implement robust lead generation and nurturing processes that are both ongoing and opportunities
    Create strategy for marketing M&A solutions for Carson Group as well as for Carson Partners looking to acquire
    Collaborate across marketing functions, including digital, brand, and creative, to develop, implement, and measure program elements
    Perform competitive analysis and document buyer journeys across multiple lines of business
    Partner with Business Development and Sales Enablement to continually audit and optimize web content and collateral in line with the evolution of Carson's business
    Work with marketing events team to evolve Carson's conference attendance strategy and processes, ensuring engagements are optimized and measured
    Regularly report on campaign success and end-to-end funnel analytics and adjust regularly to create reliable, consistent lead
    What You Need
    Demonstrated history of successful B2B lead generation
    Approximately 10 years of marketing experience, with some portion spent in a leadership role
    Knowledge of the independent financial advisor and RIA space
    Ingrained understanding of the importance of collaborating across teams and systems to deliver sustainable results
    Strategic agility to excel within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    Strategic problem solver and decision maker, able to quickly identify and assess pertinent data to arrive at the optimal approach
    Strong operator with proven capacity to execute and deliver on commitments
