    Description

    Forklift Operator **Primary Responsibilities:**

    **SIMPLE EXPLANATION OF DUTIES**

    You will be moving, stacking, replenishing, staging, loading and unloading materials for shipment.

    And (please raise your right hand) you will do your duties in a SAFE manner.

    **Skills & Qualifications:**

    **YOURE GOOD AT**

    Stacking, palletizing or rotating materials as needed.

    Offering new ideas, sharing what you know, listening to others.

    Maintaining a neat and clean warehouse and work space.

    **DEFINITION OF SUCCESS AND IMPACT**

    **Minimum Education:**

    **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

    High School diploma or GED required.

    1 year forklift experience required. We do an on site assessment.

    1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.

    Excellent time management and organizational skills. (On-time attendance is a must.)

    Good problem solving skills.

    Good interpersonal skills; can civilly collaborate and interact with other humans.
