You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the clients receive top-notch service.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

    • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
    • Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Insurance licenses and certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
