that you are working in front of multiple windows and in each window an agent is running each with its own project and tasks.
These agents are running largely autonomously and do not irritate you with approval requests.Instead these agents devise and perform their own unit tests and actual system executions. When they are satisfied, then they handover to you working systems.
You check the output of their performed tests and of the executions and either ask for changes or pass the working system to your colleagues in engineering or in business or other divisions.
It gets better…As the business requirements change, you allow your non engineering colleagues to make the changes to the system. They do exactly what you did. They modify the Specification. And prompt the agent to perform the tasks.
When these colleagues have any difficulty in getting the system to meet their new specifications, they call you for support.
This is yours today when you graduate from the Ware Academy.

This Ware system is about rigorous and robust thought, design and planning and communication. The biggest resource and asset you already have, your rationality and it is ready for deployment.

How you lay out this information and how it is maintained as an ongoing resource is the crux of the whole matter.

Who is behind this?
Meterbolic is a UK Health Business and global Social Project. Our mission is to fix metabolic dysfunction at population scale.
THis is the cause of the majority of chronic diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular illness that is plaguing society and bankrupting health systems.
Recently this mission had a shot in the arm from a radical turn around or correction in the USA Dietary Guidelines.
These set the trend for the world and in this case for a massive correction in metabolic health as a result of these dietary changes.
Even more recently The World Economic Forum has been seized by the metabolic health project.
Meterbolic has been a leader for almost a decade in the industrial measurement of the master co-ordinating molecule of metabolic health, Insulin and specifically the Kraft Test that is based on this measurement.
This leadership has now been extended to the data analytics and graphical visualisation of metabolic health testing and most recently to the world's first (and only) metabolic health trained LLM.
What is Ware?This is a system which we can also call Inware and Outware. It has initially been developed for effective software generation with the latest agentic code generation softwares and LLM's.
The Inware refers to the Specifications. The Outware refers to the produced or desired systems or output produced by the AI generative agent.
This Methodology of this Ware approach concerns the rigour and the structure of the Specifications that describe to the Machine the requirements, processes and the rules of the business.
The Inware is a structured description and specification system that you could imagine as a directory tree, just like a software project.
Now, not only do we use this system at Meterbolic to build our enterprise software systems and our LLM training repository and software stack, but we also use this Ware system for producing our web pages and company brochures and our legal contracts and other artefacts.
In a similar way to software development, this involves defining the business rules, the products and processes of the organisation in a structured way just like an engineer builds a software project.
For example, when one item changes, we may trigger a regeneration of any of the Businessware or Software artefacts and these are updated.
What performs the work of producing the OutWare from the Inware?Agentic systems perform this work of course.
At Meterbolic, we use the latest models (LLMs) and at this time work with the following agentic infrastructures:
Claude Code (in the terminal of course)
Google's Antigravity
AWS Kiro
Ware Generation Academy (it's just a name )
This is a programme where we provide a small number of folks at a time into training and practising tasks for the Meterbolic Project.
You learn the approach and the system and produce work that is useful at the same time.
We evaluate one another and after a successful and on completion of the nine weeks in the Academy, the organisation and you decide if we would like to continue the relationship and on what basis.
This could be an offer for paid work or you may wish to volunteer to work on the Non-Profit Project.
Of course, at the frontier things change fast so in the ten weeks you will see a lot of advances.
