    Position Type:

    • Full-time role OR Part-time
    • Potential for Extended School Year (ESY) or summer assignments based on candidate preference
    • Collaboration with on-site educational teams and counselors

    Qualifications:

    • Certification as an Occupational Therapist in Washington state
    • Experience working as an OT with individuals with behavioral challenges, preferably in an educational setting
    • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
    • Outpatient/SNF Experience
    • Preference for a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a school setting
    • Previous exposure to remote services is desirable; comfortable with teletherapy delivery
    • Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and platforms

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct support tailored to students' occupational therapy needs, including those with behavioral challenges
    • Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to develop and implement interventions
    • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and comprehensive therapy testing
    • Offer timely feedback and recommendations to enhance student progress
    • Adapt and create resources to meet the diverse needs of students
