Job summary
The Field Safety Representative II promotes the Company's IIF culture by ensuring every co-worker returns home safety every night. Is expected to spend 100% of time in the field observing and coaching co-workers on correction of unsafe conditions and behaviors.Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (safety related major) and a minimum of 2 years concrete construction and safety experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.
