    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate Regulatory Relationships: Examination Management & Ongoing Monitoring Activities
    • Provide timely guidance to the Bank's Board Members, Executives, and management to uphold positive regulatory relationships in compliance with relevant laws and policies.
    • Offer support and guidance to the Bank Executives and management throughout examination processes, including preparation for meetings and responses to regulatory inquiries.
    • Summarize examination findings and perspectives, and ensure appropriate notification and escalation to the Bank's Board of Directors, Executives, and management.
    • Coordinate the submission of Board Materials, management reports, and other relevant supervisory materials to regulators.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of banking regulations, operational procedures, risk management controls, and internal control practices pertinent to the Bank's regulatory landscape.
    • Internal Reporting
    • Assist in summarizing and preparing reports that communicate the Bank's examination activities and concerns for Bank's Regulatory Action Committee.
    • Prepare internal reports for the Bank Management and Board of Directors, facilitating the sharing of information on current and emerging regulatory issues.
    • Monitor and track regulatory risk through regular metrics, highlighting trends in examinations, inquiries, and ongoing monitoring efforts.
    • Issue Management
    • Oversee the Bank's regulatory issues management program, including the identification of thematic observations, conclusions, and recommendations regarding regulatory matters.
    • Ensure timely and accurate responses to regulators, including fulfilling data requests and addressing examination findings such as Matters Requiring Attention.
    • Develop and maintain departmental documentation, including manuals, training materials, and communications.
    • Collaborate with team members to safeguard Confidential Supervisory Information.
