    Job Description

    The Shift Leader at Nothing Bundt Cakes works closely with the Assistant Bakery Manager, Bakery Manager, and Team Members to produce high-quality cakes, a welcoming environment, and exceptional guest experiences.

    This role shares in team leadership and collaborates with management to drive sales and profitability, execute daily responsibilities, and ensure compliance with company standards.

    The Shift Leader plays a vital part in upholding the Nothing Bundt Cakes culture by reinforcing core values and bringing our brand to life for team members and guests.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a guest-facing role within retail, restaurant, or food service industries, preferably in a lead position with increasing managerial responsibilities.
    • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional guest experiences and coaching others to do the same, including training new team members, directing staff, and achieving productivity goals.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

    Availability

    Must be able to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
