    We are seeking a high level and very experienced

    Assistant Project Manager orSenior Job Captain

    responsible for all aspects of coordination and production of drawings and construction documents for

    retail ,

    restaurant,

    and

    commercial

    type projects.


    The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in managing a smooth, profitable, and efficiently run a project team.

    The basic function of the Assistant Project Manager is to assist with the planning, organizing and monitoring the development and completion of assigned projects and provide leadership when needed and be responsible in the following areas:

    Successful Multiple Project.

    High Management Level Client Interface & Reporting.

    Project Profitability & Budget Control.

    Project Quality.

    Business Development Activities.

    People Management (when assigned staff).

    Qualifications

    > Education

    Associates/Bachelor 's degree in architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

    AutoCAD 14- 15, MS Window Excel, Word and Outlook, Revit/BIM is a plus

    > Abilities

    Proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration.

    Ability to deal and communicate effectively team members, consultants and contractors.


    Must be highly organized and detail oriented to manage multiple projects and deadlines - must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Ability to effectively direct and mentor technical staff.

    Possess excellent communications skills.

    Speak, read and write English proficiently.

    Professional certification.

    AutoCad experience.

    Minimum 6 – 8 years project coordination and drafting in an architectural firm environment
