    Description


    • Review, maintain, revise, improve procedures and processes.
    • Ability to audit work areas, and if needed write work instructions
    • Training and making sure employees understand the companies procedures and processes
    • Review all ECO and part revisions
    • Corrective Actions, Root Cause Analysis, Capability Studies, PPAP
    • Customer and vendor contact related to quality issues
    • Responsible for responding to quality questions and concerns
    • Provide direct supervision to the other quality personnel
    • Keep supervisor informed of related quality issues
    • Attend weekly management meetings
    • Provide other support as needed, required or assigned.
    Requirements


    • AS9100 experience preferred
    • Proficient in set-up and operations of all inspection equipment
    • Proficient in Gauge R&R and test method validation.
    • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
    • Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

    Proficient in mathematical applications:
    Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, etc.

    • Proficient using computer
    • Must have strong leadership skills
    Physical Requirements


    • Must be able to operate a computer and all of its components
    • Ability to do all physical tasks involved in a job shop environment
