    Job Description:

    As a Part-Time Cosmetic Adverse Events Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of adverse events related to our cosmetic products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Data Entry: Inputting and maintaining detailed records of cosmetic adverse events into our database with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Medical Language: Demonstrating a solid understanding of medical terminology and cosmetic terminology to accurately interpret and document adverse events reported by customers or healthcare professionals.
    • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols for reporting and documenting adverse events, including adherence to FDA regulations and guidelines.
    • Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, including quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and product development, to gather and verify information related to adverse events.
    • Timeliness: Meeting deadlines for data entry and reporting to ensure timely and effective communication of adverse events internally and externally.
    • Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information related to adverse events and customer data in accordance with company policies and regulations.
    • Documentation: Generating reports and summaries of adverse events for internal review and regulatory reporting purposes as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment in a nursing program, pharmacy technician program, medical assisting program, or related healthcare field preferred.
    • Familiarity with medical language and terminology, as well as cosmetic terminology.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to adverse event reporting (e.g., FDA regulations) is a plus but not required.
