    Description
    ScheduleMonday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours). Onsite 3-4 times/weekWhat You'll DoReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    Support the Financial Consultants by processing account applications and paperwork, obtaining necessary account documents, resolving inquiries and notifications, performing account maintenance, and handling account transfers.

    Schedule appointments and prepare materials for client meetings, including performance reports and account maintenance forms.
    Communicate daily with clients providing trade settlement information, coordinating the payment/delivery of funds and other routine requests.

    Perform clerical / administrative tasks, including documentation required for books and records, the preparation and processing of correspondence and communications, syncing of calendars, and daily filing of client information.

    Act on behalf of Financial Consultant by purchasing and selling securities within scope of authority.
    Work closely with branch personnel on referrals, seminars, and appointments.
    Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).What You'll NeedBachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
    FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations required.
    Minimum of three years administrative office experience in a financial service or sales environment.
    Knowledge of investment operations, procedures, transfers and industry terminology.
