    Job Description:


    This Opportunity
    ANGARAIis looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who will be responsible for delivering Construction Management Services.

    The Construction Manager candidate will lead, manage, and supervise assigned construction management activities.


    Major Roles and Responsibilities:
    Develop the construction solicitation packages for bidding, proposal evaluation, and award recommendations.

    Review contract solicitation packages and recommend, for Client project's consideration, construction proposals to be considered for award.


    Coordinate the work with all contractors and ensure all program deliverables conform with the technical specifications and respective contract provisions.

    Document each contractor's work progress daily.


    Review contractual documents and contract modifications to determine s cope of work and scope changes and escalate any concerns to the SPM.


    Provide technical and cost analysis support and review all requests for changes submitted by the construction contractor and then make recommendations for acceptance to the SPM.

    Manage the activities associated with the changes to the construction contractors' work (request for change, change notices, change orders, contract modifications, etc.); Provide adequate documentation to meet the FTA requirements of a Change Order.

    Coordinate with the SPM to develop a Les sons Learned Report.

    Assist the SPM with closeout of the construction contracts.


    Background and Experience:
    A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, business, or related field

    A minimum of 20 years demonstrable experience managing large projects that include tunneling and curtain grouting.

    A PMP, CAPM, or CSCM and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification

    Proven ability to manage complex budgets and schedules.

    Ability to successfully complete Client project's RWP Class.

    Ability to successfully complete the OSHA Confined Spaces Training


    Ability to travel out-of-state to conduct manufacturer inspections of facilities and witness any Factory Acceptance Testing as required by the SPM.

    Knowledge of working in a government environment

    Ability to pass a government background check.

    Ability to work in confined spaces.

    Reliable transportation.

    Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

    PE license is preferred; Project client will consider experience and certification.

    Salary - $52-$62/Hour
