We are looking for a mid level/experienced Litigation Attorney to join the team Practice areas include but are not limited to:
Appeals, Construction, Commercial, Unfair Competition, Trade Secrets, Estate Planning and Probate, Insurance Defense, and more
Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), Profit Sharing, CLE expense coverage, Bonuses
4+ years of Litigation Experience

Civil Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: appeals, business, corporate, commercial, contract, construction, employment, estate planning and probate, insurance defense, landlord/tenant, unfair competition, and trade secrets.

Strong experience in handling litigation from start to finish, including Pleadings, discovery, depositions, arguing motions, mediations and trial
