**WHO WE ARE:**
The Crown Room is a corporate foodservices operation that provides breakfast, lunch, catering, and Caf dining for all Hallmarkers at the Kansas City headquarters.
**THIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:**
Responsible for delivery and execution of catering events.
Merchandising the Cafe with grab and go product.
Maintain MicroMarts to appropriate standards.
Prepares and packages food for satellite locations.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the Cafe and Crown Room.
Maintains compliance with Health Department regulations at all times. Monitors food temperatures using appropriate temp logs. Responsible for unused food safety following guidelines on cooling, storing, and labeling all products.
Proficient in the use of knives, espresso machines, coffee and tea brewers.
Responsible for accurate cash handling procedures and point of sale transactions.
Candidate will work effectively across the production, serving and custodial teams.
Maintain MicroMarts to appropriate standards.
Prepares and packages food for satellite locations.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the Cafe and Crown Room.
**Basic Qualifications:**
High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years catering experience.
Minimum 2 years of volume food service experience.
Minimum 2 months of POS and cash handling.
Able to lift 60+ pounds, stand for 8 hours with lunch and breaks, walk 1 mile, push and pull 50 pound carts.
Knowledge of Health Department food safety standards.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Knowledgeable of highest quality standards in food service.
Can handle exposure to hot foods, steam, and hot appliances on a daily basis.
Strong interpersonal skill to interact with customers and employees.
High degree of motivation, conscientiousness, organization, and detail orientation.
Must be highly productive, flexible and able to multi-task.
Has a passion for serving customers.

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as the work is very visible to clients and could produce a strong positive or negative impact on the department or company image.
