    JnJ Innovative Medicines Principal Operations (JnJ IMPO) belongs to Johnson & Johnson. JnJ IMPO is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.

    Within JnJ IMPO, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the JnJ Innovative Medicines business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with JnJ Innovative Medicines Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

    Currently, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support existing and future profit-sharing collaborations by providing financial leadership and driving operational excellence in our financial reporting processes (Alliance Management Finance).

    This role will work directly with all areas of the Pharm business, interacting with the global Finance organization and external collaboration partners.

    The position can be based in US or EMEA.

    As key business partners are US based, the position will require some ad hoc scheduling flexibility for EMEA based candidates during quarter closes and budget cycles.


    Key responsibilities:

    Financial Planning & Reporting:
    Lead the process for collecting and consolidating actuals and budgets related to existing profit share agreementsMaintain timelines and reporting templates and perform detailed profit share calculationsCommunicate reporting requirements across finance organization including JnJ IMPO, R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs and Supply Chain organizationsPartner with internal and external finance stakeholders to report financials and ensure contract complianceFacilitate profit share payments/receivables and milestone payments between contract partiesBusiness Analysis and SupportBusiness partnering with multiple internal functions (across full product P&L) and external parties, including Joint Collaboration CommitteesLead training to educate organization about collaboration agreements, profit share calculations, and time tracking requirements, and maintain reference materials and detailed reporting requirementsActively participate in development and implementation of financial models and scenario analysis based on the interpretation of contract termsResponsible for AMF Time Tracking Tool and Alliance Reporting System:
    coordinate quarterly closing process, support users and local affiliate, and maintain master dataPerform ad hoc analyses for managementEnsure all Compliance Requirements are met, including SOX, WWP, J&J Records Retention rules etcProject workOnboard new contracts and collaborations, partnering with key finance contactsFurther optimize calculations, management and communication of third-party alliances and profit share agreements

    Qualifications:


    A minimum of a bachelors degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance, with 3+ years of relevant business experience in a complex and global environmentFluent in English, any other language is a plusPossess excellent analytical, communication and influencing skillsStrong technical accounting expertise and functional knowledge (GAAP, Supply Chain, Commercial) is a plusAbility to think creatively and work in a team environmentMust work well in a dynamic environment and possess a hands-on mentality with an ability to challenge, improve and optimize current processesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (e.g.
