    The primary responsibilities include:
    • Elevating customer service for residents and prospects.
    • Discovering, engaging and advancing each prospect at every stage of the customer journey with the goal of generating new leases or renewing existing ones.
    • Demonstrating integrity and professionalism when dealing with residents, employees outside contacts.
