    The Role

    The LoanPro Solutions Engineer facilitates Sales and Revenue and operates as a bridge between the Sales, Customer Experience, Product and Marketing departments.

    By focusing within specific industry verticals you will be able to build out use cases, identify and communicate value, deliver success frameworks, and drive product roadmap.

    You will play a key role in pre and post-sale customer interactions. You will be the heartbeat of our go-to-market strategy, driving sales, renewals, and expansions.

    You will serve as the product subject matter expert and have the opportunity to get to know the needs of the customers intimately to assist in designing a customized technical solution that will empower their business.

    You will demonstrate our core company values at all times in interactions with customers and coworkers.

    What You'll Do
    As the Solutions Engineer you will be responsible for the following:
    Takes ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it can fulfill customer needs
    Use extensive technical knowledge to design solutions to illustrate how LoanPro can help solve our customers problems
    Understand and translate technical terms into readily understood and comprehended language that a general audience can understand (translate nerd to non nerd speak)
    Be a vertical practice expert, thought leader, and trusted advisor
    Be an expert on pre and post-sales interactions that drive clarity, demonstrate value, and highlight partnership
    Become a subject matter expert (SME) for multiple products and solutions, including staying up-to-date on new features and functionality
    Quickly learn customer needs by facilitating discovery sessions in tandem with our Sales and Partnership team
    Build frameworks, templates, compelling presentations, collateral, solutions and business outcomes
    Work closely with the Sales team to support account development and sales projects
    Collaborate cross functionally to refine messaging and positioning of LoanPro solutions
    Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on customer needs and product opportunities.

    What You'll Need
    5+ years of credit, lending or accounting experience (must have)
    5+ years of SaaS, enterprise-level solution consulting experience
    Value-oriented sales approach
    Proven skills in solution selling or pre-sales environment
    Technical proficiency in enterprise SaaS environments
    Experience in developing business cases and customer stories
    Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
    Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
    Organized and self-motivated quick-study with ability to define goals, manage projects, train others and prioritize work
    Strong leadership and project management skills
    Strong understanding of the lending industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
    Fluency in the English language (speak, read, and write) required
