PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assessing patient/family/significant other health problems and resources and for providing technical therapeutic care and intervention to designated patient populations. This position takes a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan of care provided by the therapy team.
This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.
