    We are looking for a solutions-oriented Senior CyberArk Engineer to join our team in supporting a Federal customer.

    In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to apply your innovative engineering and systems administrative talents to address security challenges, contributing to the hardening of the nation's security posture.

    Directly interact with the CyberArk vendor, as well as perform upgrades independent of CyberArk Professional Services.
    Provide engineering and systems administrative support related to Identity and Access Management, and Privileged Access Management tools and solutions.

    PAM Tool configuration:
    activities include configuring SmartRules, Splunk, multifactor authentication (MFA), ServiceNow, SCIM server integration, authentication, defining BT roles, etc.
    Account onboarding onto the PAM tool
    Provide password-safe user support and ticket resolutions
    Maintaining virtual appliances (patches and upgrades)
    Maintaining and support of Windows servers/MS SQL Server, etc.
    Windows and *nix system administration
    Leverage agile project management approaches
    Prepare, interpret, and present flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
    Provide 24x7 on-call support for system-down occurrences.

    Requirements:
    Education + Experience


    10 years of experience with information technology, including supporting access management solutions, such as user privileges management, user credential management, or user security behavior monitoring.

    5 years experience specifically with CyberArk.
    Experience with supporting IAM, security operations threat response, or security architecture.
    Experience with COTS IAM tools, including CyberArk, Broadcom Layer 7/ CA PAM, Centrify, or BeyondTrust.
    Requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, or change management experience.
    Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP management, configuration or design, PKI, X509, SSO across multiple domains, 2FA via PIV, or CAC, and scripting and coding
    BA or BS degree
    Required Certifications

    CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)

    Security Clearance

    U.S. Citizenship required

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

    Public Trust determination is required.
