- Provide vision and leadership to the development of the project strategic plan, work plan, and project monitoring in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including staff management and operations.
- Develop strong relationships with donors and government partners to maximize resources.
- Act as the primary contact liaison with government entities and provide strategic support.
- Cultivate alliances with key stakeholders to advance programs.
- Lead the annual work planning process and ensure timely submission of project reports.
- Identify issues and risks promptly and make necessary program adjustments.
- Design and implement a plan to track project data/results for informed decision-making.
- Integrate community approaches and capacity building into all activities.
- Ensure compliance with donor policies and regulations.
- Mentor, support, and manage a team of staff to achieve program goals.
- Ensure programmatic and financial integrity, on-time implementation, and meeting targets.
- Manage financial, procurement, and administration needs within policies.
- Develop and track project budgets in collaboration with finance and project staff.

Required Qualifications
Advanced degree: Public Health, Health Administration, International Health, or related field
Master's degree: Public Health or relevant field
Experience: At least 10 years in SRHR/HIV/AGYW/AYP programs
Skills: Program management, budgeting, capacity building, project systems
Language: Excellent verbal and written English skills
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Travel: Ability to travel nationally and internationally
