    The Property Manager is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks in support of the assigned department, team and/or managers.

    This position includes some project-based and/or process maintenance work.

    The primary responsibility of this position is to contribute to the operating efficiency of the assigned department, team and/or managers.


    GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    Job Responsibilities:
    Accounts payable including but not limited to receiving and preparing for payment. Ensuring coding aligns with budget. Follow up if payments are not made or received in a timely manner.


    Typing and correspondence and answering all telephone calls for General Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Chief Engineer, Engineering staff, maintenance staff, and security staff.

    Maintain calendar on Outlook to ensure all staff members are aware of special services and meetings.

    Assist General Manager as necessary, with fielding questions regarding miscellaneous invoices and other tenant requests. Requires researching issue and responding to the Tenant.

    Assist with the assignment of Tenant requests and prepare and process the billing of sundries.

    Coordinate meetings, distribution of materials and training sessions Action Plan.

    Maintain front desk operations including greeting tenants and visitors.

    Order and maintain all office supplies and any items necessary to operate the Management Office efficiently.

    Equipment leasing and maintenance (copier, fax machine, telephone, cell phones, pagers, etc.)

    Filing

    Assist General Manager and Assistant Property Manager with coordination of personnel matters requested by corporate office.

    Maintain current Certificates of Insurance for tenants, vendors, and contract binders.

    Assist Property Manager as necessary with special events in the building (blood drives, book fairs, art shows, etc.)

    Preparation, maintenance, and distribution of emergency contact list, tenant contact list, approved contractors list, building rules and regulations.

    Assist with other office duties as necessary.

    Technical Skills and Other

    Microsoft Office Suite:
    Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

    Strong customer relations skills

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
