Global Senior Director Total Rewards is responsible for designing delivering and continuously improving the company s global total rewards strategy This role oversees compensation benefits payroll recognition and related rewards programs ensuring they are competitive equitable scalable compliant and aligned with business strategy and culture The Global Senior Director Total Rewards partners closely with Executive Leadership Finance Legal HR Business Partners and regional People leaders to deliver high impact programs that attract retain and motivate top talent across the enterprise What You ll Do: Develop execute a global total rewards strategy aligned to business priorities growth plans and talent needs Establish a consistent philosophy for pay benefits and rewards that supports a high performance culture internal equity Lead governance policies processes to ensure consistency clear decision making across geographies Serve as executive advisor senior leaders on total rewards labor market trends program design cost implications Own the global compensation framework job architecture salary structures market benchmarking pay equity Lead annual compensation planning cycles merit promotions bonus equity long term incentives Design manage executive compensation programs in partnership with CHRO CEO Compensation Committee as applicable Ensure programs are competitive compliant transparent appropriate controls Provide executive oversight payroll strategy operations ensuring accurate timely payroll delivery regions Ensure payroll compliance audit controls alignment HRIS systems finance processes statutory requirements Oversee design administration of global benefits health welfare retirement leave wellness EAP Drive consistent employee experience local market relevance regulatory compliance Partner brokers vendors regional leaders optimize plan design cost management Lead annual renewals vendor performance management continuous improvement Build enhance global recognition reward programs reinforce values performance Evaluate introduce modern wellbeing initiatives strengthen employee engagement retention Drive communications strategies improve understanding utilization total rewards offerings Lead develop high performing total rewards organization Comp Benefits Payroll Analytics Build scalable processes use data analytics inform program effectiveness decision making Own total rewards related HR systems integrations Create strong controls compliance standards audits governance risk management Own global total rewards budgeting forecasting cost optimization competitive programs Build business cases investments benefits pay programs incentives Monitor regulatory changes ensure compliance laws affecting compensation benefits payroll regions Lead vendor strategy negotiations improve value service delivery What You ll Bring to Team: 12 years progressive HR leadership experience deep expertise in total rewards Demonstrated leadership compensation benefits payroll ideally in globale multi country environments Proven ability develop implement gloabl rewarding tied busines outcomes Strong financial acumen budgeting forecasting costing modeling vendor negotiation Experience partnering exec teams influencing C suite Board level Deep understanding of comp regulations governanace accross reward progams Exceptional leadership communiucation change mgmt skills Preferred Experience hi growth matrixed multi entity orgs Familiarity job archtecture frameworks pay eq analysis Exp leading through HR transfmion or HRI modernization Glob mobility prg exp
