Senior Financial Analyst
Alpharetta, GA

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a direct-hire hybrid opportunity.

This role will manage financial audits, capital expenditures, financial consolidation, and other ad hoc analyses. It will also partner with the Finance team to support the business as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
Consolidate monthly financial results from business units.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations on capital projects. Work with the internal teams to enhance the capital expenditure process.
Lead key financial planning processes (budget, forecasts) and provide structure and guidance by developing schedules, timelines, templates, and models.
Support month-end close activities in close partnership with finance, accounting, and business partners.
Cross-train and be the backup for Finance team members.
Identify, lead, and implement process improvements to reduce finance business process cycle times and improve financial accuracy.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum BA/ BS Degree in Finance or related Business field
5-8 years experience, exposure to a manufacturing/construction environment
Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Inventory and Operations
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Analytical problem solver with the ability to recommend solutions
Leadership skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Project management skills with proven ability to implement best practices
