- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights that inform key business decisions, highlight opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and risk mitigation
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for management, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual operating plan (AOP) and the strategic annual plan (STRAP)
- Lead and/or support ad hoc projects and analysis as required
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis processes

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required -
1-3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting required -
CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred -
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint -
Accounting experience and knowledge of GAAP -
Experience in financial modeling, planning and forecasting, and data analysis -
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial analysis into clear, actionable insights -
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions -
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders -
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with all levels and functions of the organization -
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines -
