Objective:

• Optimal mentoring of the managers and employees connected to all questions about Human Resources, labor law, personnel development in compliance with legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with focus on Human Resources preferred
• 5+/- years in a Human Resources role in an Automotive Manufacturing Environment preferred

Proficiency:

• Knowledge of legal regulations and other labor law regulations
• Experience with Payroll and Benefits Administration
• Presentation and moderation skills
• Experience coaching managers
• SAP-HR
• ADP
• MS-Office

Main Duties:

• Consulting and supporting all managers relating to Human Resource topics
• Recruitment of Hourly and Salary Personnel
• Determination of the qualitative manpower requirements together with the specialist departments
• Providing the approved staff at the right quantity and on time
• Facilitating internal investigations
• Compensation structure: develop and maintain the pay classifications
• Develop and maintain shift models
• Preparing each type of company agreements
• Representing the company in all questions concerning employment law
• System of registration and reporting
• Develop and facilitate management and employee trainings

Standard Tasks:

• Personnel management, personnel planning and personnel development
• Budget planning and cost managing
• To enforce the observance of the quality management system and the quality regulations
• OSHA Compliance
• Suggestion scheme
• Reporting system to plant management
• Supporting the willingness of the employees to work independently within the scope of delegated competences to achieve the optimum performance
• Guaranteeing that each employee has the right job as well as search for personnel specifically
