    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:A bachelors degree from a recognized college or university, preferably with a major in architecture, construction management, engineering, planning, or a related field.

    An advanced degree in one of the aforementioned majors and/or a recognized certification or license in one of the aforementioned fields is desirable.


    Experience:


    Five years of recent, full-time, paid, professional-level experience in a senior facilities management position with responsibility for an integrated capital construction program of $250 million or more.

    Experience must have included the supervision of staff, which included professional-level employees. Experience with the planning and construction of educational facilities is highly desirable.
