    The Opportunity:

    An H-Wave Patient Care Associate offers the unique ability to genuinely help patients while enjoying the excitement and freedom that come with a supporting member of the outside sales team. PCAs work regularly with clinicians and patients to provide drug-free pain relief and functional improvement for people recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain.

We manufacture and sell an electrical stimulation device that helps reduce medication usage, manage pain, and speed recovery from surgery or injury.     The Job:
    • Review the patient's medical history and musculoskeletal diagnoses.
    • Develop and implement a formal treatment plan, and train patients in a 1:1 setting on H-Wave device setup and use.
    • Complete Patient Information forms and submit them to corporate.
    • Follow up on patient outcome reports.
    • Follow up on prescriptions.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service is given to each patient.
    • Assist the Sales Consultant in the completion of forms and/or paperwork as a result of your consultation.
    • Work in tandem with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales goals.
    • Conduct confirmation calls for appointments.
    • Print daily close-out reports on the scheduling system and review them for accuracy.

    Requirements
    • High School Diploma required
    • A valid Driver's License and clean motor vehicle record
    • History of working in a position that requires significant autonomy
    • Exhibits a strong work ethic
    • Good written and oral communication skills with any audience
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    Salary Description

    $45,000 + Sales Commisson
