    Customer Account Specialist

    South Charlotte Medical Sales Corporation is adding a Customer Account Specialist to assist their specialty division. This is a great opportunity for new grads Convenient location with many amenities. Hourly wage up to $25.00 an hour.

    Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialist

    • Process orders, verifies product description, quantity, shipping and billing information via computer-based applications.
    • Educates customers on and administers all product warranty information.
    • Recommends products based on customer need, cost, availability and/or specifications.
    • Identify, research and resolve customer issues.
    • Communicates with Sales to provide extensive details regarding potential opportunities and / or issues
    • Communicates with various company departments, as well as shipping carriers and other outside agencies to answer questions, provide information, or expedite shipping
    • Informs customers of back orders and sales sample orders, ensuring that these are coded correctly and charged to the correct account.

    Qualifications of the Customer Account Specialist

    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
    • SAP experience beneficial
    • One year prior experience in a customer service environment beneficial
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
