Hiring manager is looking for intermediate to Sr level manufacturing engineers to work on a project for a new clean room.
Hiring manager is looking for two positions: one as Manufacturing Engineer and the second as Industrial Engineer. The role of the Manufacturing engineer will be responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing project including equipment calibration/installation, technical writing ability (can author protocols and reports), good communication skills experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred experience with transfer of lines). On the other hand, the role of Industrial engineer will be responsible to develop detailed layouts for CER Incoming inspection and warehouse areas. Incorporate lean manufacturing principles in layout efficient lines and workspaces. Determine requirements benches chairs component bins etc incorporating purchasing team source procure per project schedule oversee design or workspaces using lean manufacutring principles exercise knowledge technical skills understanding business objectives maufacturing operations dynamics company environment take effective proactive leadership specific technical manufacutring discipline lead ownership complex manufactuing engineering tasks may have multiple inter-coordinating elements expectation that individual anticipate identify key issues make recommendations resolution where precedent not exist creative thinking required interaction peers mentors projects context peer review confirm rationale task approach direction well as peer review verification/validation activities bachelor science or bachleor engineering electrical software mechanical engineering curriculum trains students perform assignments individual typically had minimum years experience advanced education achieve skill sets needed process validation exeperience iq oq pq equipment calibration/installation techincal writing ability good communication sills expereince manufactureing settting medical device considered semiconductor job responsiblities include develop detaileed layouts cer incoming inspection warehouse areas incorporate leand mafacturing princples layout effecient lines workspaces determine requirments benches chairs compnent bins etc incopriating purchasing team sourc procure per proect schedul overse design worplaces useing leand mafacturing princible
