Meriter Therapy - Central Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Neurologic T herapy Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

Qualifications Include:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification
Specific skills:
experience with evaluation and treatment of patients with neuro-based dx (post CVA, TBI, PD etc) required; Additional experience with Drivers Readiness/Complex OT evaluations, Concussion, Low Vision preferred.
