Experienced Videographer For High Performing Real Estate Team

This position is all about growth where the sky's the limit Initially, your role will be both videography and editing a diverse range of projects so the ideal candidate must have on-set experience operating digital cinema cameras, lighting, and sound recording equipment along with having a functional skill set in post-production editing workflow. As your workload increases and you've demonstrated your understanding of our brand and quality standards, we will expand the videography department to include an editor. You'll transition into a new role focused on videography and content creation while collaborating seamlessly with a virtual assistant to streamline workflows, making strong processes and communication skills essential. Prior experience with real estate videography is a plus, but not mandatory. THIS IS A FULL TIME, IN-PERSON POSITION.

Compensation based on demonstrated capabilities and responsibilities. Health and dental benefits are offered as well as paid time off.

$50,000 - $60,000

• Produce Realtor Greenscreen Videos, Advertisements/Promos, Property Videos emphasizing Lifestyle, Local Business & Neighborhood Spotlights, Client Events/Open Houses, Podcasts, and Team Events.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with the Marketing Team for smooth workflow.
• Ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and target demographics.
• Utilize your expertise in filming, directing, and video editing to create high-quality content.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
• Utilize drone experience (upon hiring you will be required to obtain an FAA Part 107 Commercial drone license if you don't already possess one).

• On-set experience with digital cinema cameras, lighting, and sound recording equipment.
• Strong skill set in post-production editing workflow such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Resolve, or other editing software.
• Experience in Animation, After Effects, Photoshop & Lightroom is a plus.
• Ability to ensure creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, voice, and customer demographic.
• Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines.
• Ability to make people feel comfortable in front of the camera and with their script.
