    NOW CFO is seeking an experienced and detailed oriented Senior Accountant to become a permanent member of our client's team You will work directly with the Accounting team and perform various accounting activities as described below while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial operations of the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as trusted advisor to CFO, demonstrates knowledge of industry trends, identify company issues and conflicts within Accounting; proactively communicate solution options.
    • Prepare financial statements, technical accounting memos, account reconciliations and other work papers.
    • Demonstrate proficient technical skills for handling all internal accounting responsibilities such as depreciation, journal entries, work in progress, etc.
    • Understand organization, procedures, and internal policies.
    • Supervise, train and mentor staff, listen and communicate effectively within or leading accounting team.
    • Foster a team environment, demonstrates support of management and decisions and built positive culture.
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in construction accounting roles.
    • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
    • Proficient use of applicable technology.
