Business Systems Analyst III

TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Business Systems Analyst III to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities:

Act as a deputy to government program manager.
Support program management of critical information technology systems aboard the MSC fleet.
Develop and maintain procurement and installation timelines.
Oversee integrated master schedules.
Maintain and enhance portfolio roadmaps.
Spearhead program financial planning for shipboard IT systems across multiple fiscal years.
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives.
Document requirements and translate into system specifications.
Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Seven years of program management experience; MSC/US Navy experience strongly preferred.
PMP/CAPM, CompTIA, and Scrum Master Certified.
USN Division Officer or Department Head at-sea experience preferred.
Experience Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerBI.
Proficiency with IT program management principles.
Experience with MS Project a plus.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
