    Overview

    World Travel Holdings is seeking a Product Coordinator for it's B2B division- Dream Vacations and CruiseOne, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

    The Product Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all product information within our reservation system, and communicating effectively with travel agents, suppliers and peers.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain supplier itinerary changes and new deployment within our system
    • Send itinerary change information to agents
    • Fulfill agent requests for specific product to be loaded into our system
    • Effectively communicate via email, chat, and phone with agents, suppliers, peers and management
    • Other duties as assigned by management
    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills
    • Adaptability to changing travel requirements, geographical considerations, and client preferences
    • Experience in travel administration and itinerary planning preferred
