Shift: Varied 4-10hr Shifts - 0, 0, & 1 - we attempt to schedule associates as consistently as possible throughout the week pending census - Opportunities for OT may be available and billable after 40 hr/wk

Length: 12wks

Weekend: Every Other - Pending Census

HOL: Yes - Pending Census

Float: No - Needs are in the Central Pharmacy

Call: No - Optional

Guarantee: 40hrs

EMR: EPIC (Required)

Scrubs: Dark Blue

REQUIRED at the time of submission

Min 2yr of Clin Pharm exp

Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required

Acute Hospital exp preferred

Travel exp required

Proof of Education: Degree

TX Pharm LIC ( />
Sterile Compounding Certification - meeting the TX Board of Pharmacy reqs

BLS, ACLS & PALS NOT Required
