    Summary:


    Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.

    Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement.

    Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment.

    Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.

    Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
    Coordinate across Product, business, tech, and partner teams providing visibility into current and planned deliverables, risks, and financial health.
    Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, own and limit initiative risk mitigation, and create efficiencies as appropriate.

    Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.

    Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area

    Qualifications:
    Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
    Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience within a financial service.
    Exposure to Capital Markets, Treasury, Financial or Accounting experience.
    Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and executive-level scrutiny.
    Proven experience collaborating and building partnerships in a matrix environment.
    Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment.
    Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity/undefined areas
