    *Location: *Kent, WA*Employment Type:
    • Contract-to-Hire, goal is to become permanentPay Range: $ $28.00/hr_Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

    _*Schedule:

    • 6:00am-4:30pm, Mon - Thurs

    Role & Responsibilities:
    We are seeking a *Mechanical Assembly Technician* for a machine building manufacturer. This position would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in assembly looking to further their career in manufacturing.
    • Working with hand tools on assembling machined parts.
    • Working knowledge in using hand held quality control inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers, dial indicators, bore gages, depth gages, radius gages, height gages and sine plates etc.
    *Essential Qualifications: ** 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience within manufacturing.
    • Experience in CNC machines or knowledge on CNC, working under tight tolerances strongly preferred.
    • Experience in interpreting blueprints, parts lists and assembly drawings.
    • Porting Machine experience a huge plus.
