A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies.

As the Human Resource leader within Marshall, you will be a driving force behind all development, recruitment, engagement, and other HR related functions.

Responsible for all site human resources (HR) activities including benefits, associate growth and development, associate relations and staffing, and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) compliance.
Interacts with all associates, PFG corporate office, PFG subsidiaries, and governmental and private agencies. Ensure all administrative items are completed according to established guidelines ( i.e., I-9 forms, employment applications).Assist in the training of management in application of policies and procedure. Assess training needs within the company and coordinate delivery of appropriate information (i.e., computer skills, management skills, etc.)
Function as an associate advocate by representing associates' issues to management as appropriate. Work with management team in resolving associate issues by investigating concerns and sharing resolution alternatives.
Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures to include effective communications to associates. Advise management of fair and consistent application of all approved policies and procedures.
Work with Safety Committee and building maintenance team on compliance.
May supervise associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
Bachelors:
