    Job Description: We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Poulsbo, WA. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
    • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and participation.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
    • Valid Washington state license/certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Minimum of one year of recent experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for speech and language disorders.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
