Welcome members into the branch and provide friendly helpful service that promotes financial education while using expert knowledge in deposit and convenient services products to process a variety of financial inquiries accurately and efficiently account openings service requests and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for daily interactions with a professional image and an organized workstation.
- Maintain knowledge of BHCCU products and processes.
- Proactively greet members with a smile handshake introductions full attention taking responsibility for waiting members understanding the member's objectives ask appropriate questions listening to the member's responses recommend the best solution guide the member to accomplish their needs strengthen their financial well-being process transactions accurately efficiently follow up with the member ensure satisfaction provide encouragement
