    Sr. Program Director (Medicare Drug Pricing), Remote

    • Full time
    • 100% Remote
    • Due to our government client requirements, we can only consider US Citizen or a Green Card holders for this position

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate management of all work performed under the contract.
    • Act as primary point of contact between CMS and contractor team, facilitating communication and resolving issues related to program.
    • Oversee administration and execution of contract, ensuring alignment with expected objectives and outcomes.
    • Responsible for all phases of performance, including contract management, coordination of resource needs, and direct accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
    • Communicate orally and in writing with Government and Contractor management in planning and control of project; advise CMS of any difficulties arising from administration of contract.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of ten years professional experience with managing large-scale projects.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
    • In-depth understanding of federal healthcare policies, especially those related to drug pricing, pharmaceutical supply chain, pharmaceutical negotiations, and best practices in program monitoring, oversight, and compliance.
    • Able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements of Inflation Reduction Act, Federal prescription drug programs, and applicable Medicare program/benefit (Part B/Part D).

    Compensation:

    $1000 Referral Bonus - www.aci.com

    Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
