    Description
    Tasks

    • Interact with top architects and general contractors
    • Broker problem resolution discussions with architect and builder and offerpractical, workable solutions
    • Manage expectations between various stake holders; create andcommunicate realistic goals for timelines and budgets and offer practical,workable solutions
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that production andimplementation of the product fulfills the architect's design requests
    • Inspect drawings for planning, manufacturing and installation issues with aneye for the aesthetics and function of the overall design
    • Be able to communicate effectively with sales, engineering, CAD andproduction departments
    • Collaborate with production and manage manufacturing schedule per project
    • Oversee the shop drawing process
    • Manage expectations between various stake holders; create andcommunicate realistic goals for timelines and budgets and offer practical,workable solutions
    • Coordinate all customer service requests related to our luxury glass slidingwall systems
    • Coordinate luxury glass sliding wall projects from take-over to completion
    • Supervise the installation process and installation teams

    Essential Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of field experience with high end residential/commercialconstruction
    • Degree or Diploma in construction or related field
    • 10+ years of project management experience
    • 10+ years of working directly with architects/general contractors and glassmanufactures
    • 7+ years of experience in the luxury fenestration industry
    • Broad experience with window/door products

    Software skills:
    AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook

    • Flexible, hands on person who pays meticulous attention to detail
    • Demonstrable track record as the "go to" person to tactfully resolve clientissues
    • Background that includes experience working in an environment that requiredcustom solutions and/or a high level of precision is a plus
    • Broad experience in managing architectural products
    • Knowledge and expertise in glass and glass installation
